McDonald's in Titisee-Neustadt

Sometimes no milk or salad. Staff is normal.

The shop has been running since Corona. That consumption on site is prohibited, should have always been that way in this branch! And it's a shame that it's only after such a long time that you can still get cold burgers and sloppy fries ???? We don't say anything more about it, but that's why we rarely come ?‍♀️?‍♀️

So today I give it 5 stars. Mega rush but mastered super.

Sat in the car, but everything was ok

Unfortunately, almost everything was wrong when visiting the MC drives. Only the 2 burgers and the nuggets in the menu were correct. But drinks are wrong, ketchup is missing 2majo, toys in the happy meal are wrong, sauces for the nuggets are wrong and too little. Instead, 2 different apple spritzer for the happy meal. Was very angry. Unfortunately we drove further.

Hi there, was a guest at McDrive about 2 weeks ago. Then I wanted to enjoy my meal in the parking lot. A short time later I got a parking ticket for a parking violation because I was about 23 minutes. parked too long. For this there is a € 20 fine, which for me is an absolute rip-off. McDonalds urgently needs to clarify this with clear signs and instructions that should be recognizable for everyone. Otherwise it is baseless. My request is to cancel this ticket. Such an act is not customer friendly.

Absolute disaster! You order 4 Mc Flurrys and get 2. 1 of which is only half full and the staff is absolutely unfriendly. Never again!

Not big fan of McD, I take pommes or icecream there, it's also not an example of healthy food - but it tastes good. And maybe important to mention, toiletes are always super clean ?

Food is quick and warm. Ordering via APP is easy and smooth. Owner was very nice.

Mcdrive used because of lockdown. No straw to drink. No napkins. The woman at the counter hardly understood me. I had to say everything 3 times. But the lady was so loud that the 2 cars behind me could hear it.

If you eat there you get a ticket of 20 euros. So my recommendation better go somewhere else. This answer is totally cheeky, I call it a rip off

You now get traffic tickets if you park for more than an hour !! So leave the dessert out or go somewhere else. Service is not good either. During Corona times, the tables are not even disinfected on request. If you order via the app, it takes over 15 minutes until the order is delivered (which again has a negative effect on the parking time of one hour). The trolley for the empty trays was so over full that 2 tables next to it also had to be full. Never again that rip-off McDonalds!

The Mc has gotten a lot better now ! Was really surprised and the lady at the MC drive was very friendly. With the pre-orders it also went smoothly.

I thought nothing of that visit until I got a receipt smeared with blue blood. I was extremely satisfied.

Is always very full because Badeparadies guests like to make a detour there, French fries are good, burgers warm, fits.

Small McDonalds with little seating. We were satisfied with the speed of delivery. You have to complain about the hygiene at the seats. The tables were totally filthy. Under one of them there was even an empty pack of chips. The toilet was relatively clean with plenty of soap and paper towels for hand hygiene.

The food is always served warm and almost always ready quickly, so I give them 4 stars

Relatively okay. The drive in was empty and you got there quickly. Unfortunately, the desired toy wasn't available in the Happy Meal. We had to let go of the drink because instead of the Sprite we had ordered, there was suddenly water in the cup.

MC Donalds, what more can you say about it. Little parking space. Corona requirements were partially ignored. We ate there, but didn't have to leave an address or telephone.

Overall, the service was okay, but little things like cup holders were always missing. It also happened before the ordered things in the drive in were completely missing. There are better organized restaurants.

Ok but too small for a Mc Donalds, capacity troubles. Table numbers were not available, card payment did not work. You had to pass at the desk and there you could get a table number and make the payment. Might have to do with some measures they took due to corona, nut this was not clear for customers. The food was ok.

Completely nice, fast, super good and hot, I'm very satisfied. But what I have to say about those who rate bad here Despite the stress, the employees try their best to do it better and better. If something is wrong, please let us know and it will be changed immediately. They are friendly, but you also have to be friendly to them so that this work is fun for them to fulfill our wish so that we also like it.

A small Mac but when i was there they busy but the waiting time was very little for our meal. Restaurant was clean as were the workers.

Just like any other McDonald's for the food, but for this one, if you take something to go, just check before you leave what you've got. They forget sometimes.

Friendly staff. Ordered chicken cheese burger, was extremely large and filling. The coffee came in a big cup as well. They had table service , which was good. Would visit again when in Titisee. Parking was full had to find a spot near by.

Almost a 5, because food was good (same as in other mcd's, but well heated and fries crunchy) and service was friendly. The lady at the counter even asked if I wanted to have the items served together at the same time, something not very common at fast food restaurants. Only gripe: the ice machine didn't work. Please fix!

1.This is one of the rare places open late at night 2. It has vegan hamburgers So for a hungry vegan late at night, this place is a salvation!!

No vegan stuff, really chaotic, had to wait a long time and food was a bit cold

I rate this MacDonald 4 because from a tourist perspective it really provides affordable alternatives to filling your belly. Of course the taste of the food is mostly the same as with any Mc Donald outlet world wide. But the service received from the employees was good and for that I recommend the Mc Donal as a affordable fast food oulet for travelers looking to get some grub without breaking the bank.

The service around noon is halted by the flood of school kids.from the door till the completion of the order it took 25 minutes more or less.

Not very clean smell of oil and smoke , need fresh air
